Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the noorlead website and service. By using the service or connecting a messaging channel to it, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a salon, spa, or business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

noorlead is a platform that helps beauty salons, spas, and similar businesses manage customer conversations, answer inquiries, and arrange appointment bookings through connected messaging channels such as WhatsApp. We provide the technical tools, while the business remains responsible for its own services, appointments, and dealings with its customers.

The service is intended for businesses and people authorized to act on their behalf, and for anyone of the legal age to enter into a contract. Your use of the service must be lawful and within the purpose for which it is provided.

When you use the service, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you provide when signing up and connecting messaging channels, and for keeping it up to date.
• Keeping your login details and connected channels confidential, and for any activity that occurs through your account.
• The accuracy of the services, prices, appointments, and information the business presents to its customers through the service.
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law and with the terms and policies of the connected platforms.

You agree not to use the service to do any of the following:

• Send unsolicited messages or messages that violate the law or the policies of the connected platforms.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or provide misleading information about the business or its services.
• Post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service or its systems, disrupt it, or misuse its interfaces.
• Use the service to collect people's data without a lawful basis or the necessary consent.

The service operates through third-party messaging channels, such as WhatsApp provided by Meta. Your use of those channels is subject to the terms and policies of those parties in addition to these terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

noorlead does not control those platforms, and they may change, be interrupted, or impose limits beyond our control, including on message delivery, pricing, or channel availability.

When you use the service to message your customers, you are responsible for having the lawful basis and necessary consent to contact them on the channel used, and for respecting their wish to stop receiving messages. noorlead's role is limited to providing the technical tool to communicate on the business's behalf according to its configuration.

The service may be offered through subscription plans with a trial period. Plan details, prices, and usage limits are shown at sign-up. Additional fees may apply to usage beyond a plan's limits, along with fees the connected platforms charge for messages.

Fees are due in advance according to the selected billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Prices may change in the future, and we will give notice of material changes before they apply to your renewal. Fees paid are non-refundable except to the extent required by applicable law.

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice at noorlead.com/privacy, which forms part of these terms. When we process a business's customer data on its behalf, the business remains responsible for the lawful basis of that processing and for its obligations toward its customers.

noorlead owns the service, its website, their content, its marks, its software, and related rights. Using the service grants you no rights in these except the limited right to use the service under these terms. Content and marks provided by the business remain owned by that business.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but it may be affected by maintenance, updates, faults, or factors beyond our control, including third-party platforms. We may modify, add, or discontinue features of the service from time to time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve any particular business outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, noorlead is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. This does not affect any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time according to the plan options. We may suspend or terminate the service in whole or in part if these terms or the connected platforms' policies are breached, if there are security or legal risks, or if due fees are not paid.

On termination, the usage rights granted under these terms end. Data matters are handled according to the privacy notice and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where NOORLEAD LLC is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

We may update these terms when the service, our operational needs, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here with a last-updated date, and continuing to use the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
